This bill would require the Nebraska State School Board to develop a model policy for the use of student surveillance technology. The model must identify the tools used for surveillance and their privacy protections.

This bill implements a one-for-one tax break to fund private schools. Nebraska voters repealed school choice legislation via the ballot initiative in 2024.
