NEw Voices Third Spaces
What is NEw Voices Third Spaces?
A series of training sessions where the general public can come to hear from experts in the election and civic spaces.
Who can come?
Young Nebraskans are welcome to come to any of these sessions! The definition is vague, but we generally define the demographic we cater to as ages 14-26. RSVP here. We would love for you to be there! Bring your friends!
What can I expect?
NEw Voices Third Spaces is meant to be a space for young Nebraskans to build their civic skills in a fun, low-stakes way. We’ll discuss a different topic related to civic engagement and campaigns, hear from local civic experts and candidates, perform actionable tasks related to our weekly topic, and collaborate on projects. You’re encouraged to ask questions and learn about ways to get involved in areas you are passionate about to enact real change in your community.
